CM UWISELY \u2013 TERMS & CONDITIONS <\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Uwisely subscription service available to Telecel Ghana subscribers. By subscribing to the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. <\/span><\/p>\n

1. Definitions<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Operator means Telecel Ghana.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Service means the Uwisely AI-powered educational portal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Subscriber refers to a Telecel Ghana customer who has successfully subscribed to the service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Service Description<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Uwisely is an AI-powered educational platform that enables subscribers to develop new skills, complete online courses, and earn digital course completion certificates.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The platform provides access to a catalogue of more than 100 courses covering a wide range of educational topics, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Business<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Personal Development<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Programming<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Career Growth<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The platform includes an AI-powered learning assistant that delivers a personalized and interactive learning experience by adapting recommendations and educational content to each subscriber.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\n

      The Service is available to active Telecel Ghana prepaid and eligible postpaid subscribers.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Subscribers must:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Have an active Telecel mobile number.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Successfully complete the subscription process.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Have sufficient airtime available for subscription billing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        4. Subscription<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Subscription may be completed through any approved Telecel subscription channel, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • SMS keyword OK to 2124<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Web Recruitment (TCG Web Flow)<\/span><\/li>\n
        • OnePin<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Alternative approved acquisition channels<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Subscription Fee<\/b><\/h3>\n

          The subscription fee is:<\/span><\/p>\n

          First day FREE then <\/span>GHS 1.50\/day<\/i><\/b> thereafter. Charges will only be deducted where sufficient airtime balance is available. If the subscriber has insufficient airtime, billing retries may be attempted in accordance with Telecel’s billing policies. Micro-billing may be applied where supported by the Operator, allowing partial deductions of up to 50% of the applicable daily subscription fee. <\/span><\/p>\n

          6. Automatic Renewal<\/b><\/h3>\n

          The Service is a recurring daily subscription. Unless cancelled by the subscriber, the subscription will automatically renew every 24 hours and the applicable daily subscription fee will be deducted from the subscriber’s airtime balance. <\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Access to Service<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Upon successful subscription, subscribers will receive access to the Uwisely learning portal.<\/span><\/p>\n

            The Service includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Access to more than 100 educational courses<\/span><\/li>\n
            • AI-assisted personalized learning<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Interactive educational content<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Learning progress tracking<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Course completion certificates (where applicable)<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Continuous access while the subscription remains active<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Internet connectivity is required to access the portal. Standard data charges may apply according to the subscriber’s mobile data tariff. <\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Course Certificates<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Subscribers who successfully complete eligible courses may receive digital certificates of completion.<\/span><\/p>\n

                These certificates acknowledge successful completion of courses offered on the Uwisely platform and do not constitute nationally accredited academic or professional qualifications unless expressly stated.<\/span><\/p>\n

                9. AI Learning Assistant<\/b><\/h3>\n

                The Service includes an AI-powered assistant that provides personalized educational guidance and learning recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                The AI assistant is intended solely for educational purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Information generated by the AI assistant should not be considered legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

                10. Content Availability<\/b><\/h3>\n

                Course content may be updated, modified, added or removed from time to time without prior notice to improve the Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

                The availability of specific courses is not guaranteed.<\/span><\/p>\n

                11. Promotions<\/b><\/h3>\n

                The Service includes a free first day of access.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Unless otherwise communicated by Telecel Ghana or the Service Provider, no additional prizes, competitions or promotional draws are associated with the Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

                12. Cancellation<\/b><\/h3>\n

                Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through any of the approved cancellation channel, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • SMS keyword STOP to 2124<\/span><\/li>\n
                • USSD: <\/span>*463#<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
                • Web Portal<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Telecel Customer Care<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Following cancellation:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • No future subscription charges will apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Access to premium content will cease once the active subscription period expires.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Where applicable, a cancellation period of up to <\/span>90 days<\/b> may apply in accordance with Operator policies before re-subscription eligibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    13. Customer Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n

                    Subscribers agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Keep their mobile device and account secure.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content available on the platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      14. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h3>\n

                      All course materials, software, AI functionality, graphics, trademarks, text, logos and other content made available through the service remain the property of Telecel, their licensors and\/or respective content owners.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      No ownership rights are transferred to subscribers.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      1. Privacy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Subscriber information may be processed for purposes including:<\/span><\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Service delivery<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Subscription management<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Billing<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Customer support<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Personalization of educational content<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Service improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable Ghanaian data protection legislation and Telecel Ghana privacy requirements<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          16. Availability of Service<\/b><\/h3>\n

                          While every reasonable effort will be made to maintain uninterrupted availability, neither Telecel Ghana nor the Service Provider guarantees continuous access to the Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          Availability may be affected by:<\/span><\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • Network outages<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Planned maintenance<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • System upgrades<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Technical failures<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Events beyond reasonable control<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            17. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            Neither Telecel Ghana nor their affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            18. Changes to the Service<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            Telecel Ghana and the Service Provider reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, subscription pricing, available content, features or functionality where reasonably necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            19. Support<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            Customer support is available through Telecel Ghana Customer Care during applicable operating hours or through other support channels communicated by the Operator.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            20. Governing Law<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            21. Acceptance<\/b><\/h3>\n

                            By successfully subscribing to the Uwisely service, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
